General Pest Inspection
An inspection and identification visit that records what is present before any treatment is chosen.
The services on this site start with what is seen and where, then move to the inspection, the identification and the written result. Each service page explains its method, what it covers and what it leaves out, so a caller can choose the visit that fits the question.
Fastest: call (855) 974-4733. Or send this and we call you back.
Every service begins with the same question: what has been seen, and where? The answer decides which page applies. A sighting inside the home usually starts with an inspection, a sign at the outside walls starts with an exclusion survey, and a sting or bite starts with medical help before any pest work is discussed.
The services are written to be read on their own. Each one names the method, the place where it is used, the report it produces and the limits of what it can show. No service page on this site promises that a pest is gone for good, and no page names a pest as present in the city unless the identification supports the name.

Collecting and naming an insect or a sign of activity before deciding what to do about it.
Closing the gaps where pests enter, in an order that does not trap them inside.
The hidden spaces of a building, checked for activity, moisture and the routes into the rooms below.
Checking where water sits against the building, because damp ground and wet walls draw pests and hide them.
Traps placed where activity is suspected, read on a schedule, and kept as a dated count.
Finding the gaps rodents use, closing them to the right size, and recording what remains open.
A sting or bite comes first, then identification, then an inspection of the routes the creature used.
A treatment aimed at one insect in one place, after the identification and the inspection have said where it is.
Two broad methods for two different situations, with the placement and the check set for each.
A walk-through of a business or shared building, with a log and a report that a manager can file and act on.
What to clear, what to cover and what to keep out of the way, with the re-entry time explained before the visit ends.
Planned return visits that check the result, close the open items and end the plan when the evidence says so.
A close look at the packages, shelves and containers where stored food can attract and shelter insects.
A call answered at any hour, a clear list of what to do while waiting, and an honest account of what the visit can do.

A general inspection is the usual first visit for a home. For a business, the commercial walk-through is the usual first visit. Ask the line which one fits, and why.
A general inspection covers activity and openings. A wood-destroying or termite inspection is a separate job with its own report. Ask the line whether the visit you are booking includes it.
Yes. A sample can be identified on its own, through the route set out on the identification page, and the report records the reply.
